Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative at Rooster Roofing, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with potential clients, educating them about our roofing solutions, and driving sales to meet and exceed company targets. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maintaining Rooster Roofing’s reputation for quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and cold calling.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide accurate, honest assessments.
• Present roofing solutions tailored to customer needs, explaining products, services, and pricing clearly.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and contracts.
• Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and competitors.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with project managers and the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and conducting roof inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or construction is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
